If you are not satisfied with our service within your first 30 days of subscription, you may request a full refund of your payment. No questions asked.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime to stop future billing. You retain access to classes until the end of your current billing period.
Refund: A refund returns money you have already paid. Available within 30 days of initial subscription.
If you need to pause your subscription for legitimate reasons (travel, illness, family emergency), we may offer class credits or subscription pauses instead of refunds. Contact our team to discuss your situation.
If you are unhappy with your assigned teacher, we will switch you to a different teacher at no additional cost. This is not subject to refund — we resolve teacher-fit issues by re-matching, not refunding.
Refunds for family plans are calculated based on the discounted rate paid. If you cancel one student’s enrollment in a family plan, the remaining students may have their discount adjusted accordingly.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the actual deposit may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
If you have a billing dispute, please contact us first before requesting a chargeback from your bank. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Chargebacks may result in account suspension and complicate future use of our services.
