Getting Started

How does the free evaluation class work?
After you fill out the booking form, our academic advisor contacts you on WhatsApp within 24 hours. We match you with a certified teacher based on your goals and schedule. You meet the teacher on Zoom for a free 30-minute evaluation. If you love it, you subscribe. No credit card needed to book.
 
A computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet access. We use Zoom for classes (free to install). You’ll also get access to our custom learning portal to track progress, chat with teachers, and manage your schedule.
 
Most students begin their first class within 24-48 hours of booking the free evaluation. We work fast because we know you want to start your journey ASAP.
 
No. We have students starting from absolute zero (not knowing the Arabic alphabet) all the way to advanced. We match you with a teacher and curriculum appropriate for your level.
 

Teachers

What qualifications do your teachers have?
All 500+ of our teachers are graduates of Al-Azhar University, the world’s most prestigious Islamic institution. Many hold Ijazah (authentic chains of narration) in Quran recitation. Every teacher undergoes a rigorous interview, background check, and training before teaching students.
 
Absolutely. We have many certified female teachers available. Just mention “Female teacher” when booking, and we’ll match your daughter with a qualified sister who specializes in teaching young girls.
 
Our academic team carefully matches each student with the most suitable teacher based on level, goals, schedule, and personality. This matching process is one of the keys to our success rate. If you have specific preferences (gender, experience level, specialization), just let us know during booking.

Classes & Scheduling

What are the class hours?
Our teachers are available 24/7 across all time zones. You can book early morning, after work, evenings, or weekends — whatever fits your life. We have teachers for every time zone.
 
Standard classes are 30 minutes — proven to be the optimal length for focused learning, especially for kids. We can offer 45 or 60-minute sessions for advanced students upon request.
 
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel via our student portal or WhatsApp with 24 hours notice. Last-minute cancellations are not refunded but can occasionally be made up at the teacher’s discretion.

In the rare case a teacher needs to cancel, you’ll be notified immediately and offered either a substitute teacher or a rescheduled time. You never lose paid classes due to teacher cancellation.

Pricing & Payment

How much do classes cost?

Plans start at $40/month for 2 classes per week (8 classes total). Standard plan is $60/month for 3 classes/week. Intensive is $80 for 4 classes/week. Advanced is $100 for 5 classes/week. All plans are 30-minute 1-on-1 sessions.

Yes. We offer 10% off for the second sibling, 15% off for the third, and 20% off for the fourth and beyond. Families with multiple children automatically qualify for these savings.

Courses & Programs

What courses do you offer?
We offer 7 main programs: Noorani Qaida (foundation), Quran Recitation & Tajweed, Quran Memorization (Hifz), Arabic Language, Islamic Studies, New Muslim Course, and a dedicated Kids program for ages 4-14.

Yes. You can change your focus area at any time. Some students take Quran + Arabic together, others focus on one. Just discuss with your teacher and we’ll adjust your plan.

Yes. Students who complete major milestones (Juz Amma, 5 Juz, 15 Juz, full Quran) receive certificates of recognition. Full Hafiz certification is available upon successful completion of the entire Quran with proper Tajweed.

Yes — for dedicated students. Many of our teachers hold Ijazah and can guide you through the long process. This typically takes 2-4 years of consistent study and memorization.

Kids Program

What's the youngest age you teach?
We teach children as young as 4 years old. Our youngest learners (ages 4-6) start with Arabic letter recognition through songs and games, basic Du’a memorization, and stories of the Prophets.

Yes. Our kids program teachers are specifically trained in engaging young learners with age-appropriate methods, patience, and creative teaching techniques. We don’t just send adult teachers to kids.

You receive monthly progress reports detailing what your child learned, attendance, strengths, and next milestones. You can also access the learning portal anytime to see your child’s schedule and chat with their teacher.

Absolutely — and we encourage parents (especially of younger kids) to be nearby during classes. You’re part of the learning team. Just don’t actively participate as it can confuse the teaching dynamic.
