Questions from UK parents

What times are the classes in the UK?

You choose the days and times on UK time, all year round. After school, in the evening or at weekends is fine, because our teachers teach at all hours.

How long is each class?

30 or 60 minutes. Most children start with 30-minute classes.

How do the classes work on Zoom?

Your child joins a live 1-to-1 class on Zoom from a laptop, tablet or phone with a camera and microphone. The free Zoom app is all you need.

What if we miss a class?

Reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice and the class is moved, not lost (up to 3 rescheduled classes a month). Classes missed without notice are not refunded, though the teacher may be able to make them up.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your portal or by messaging us. It stops at the end of the billing period you have paid for.

How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?

If you are not happy within your first 30 days, contact us and we refund your subscription in full.

Is there a discount for brothers and sisters?

Yes. 10% off for 3 children and 15% off for 4 or more. Paying yearly gives you one month free.

Do you charge in GBP?

Yes. From £5 for a 30-minute class and £10 for a 60-minute class.
