Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Super Muslim Academy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services Description

Super Muslim Academy provides online 1-on-1 classes for Quran, Arabic, and Islamic Studies via Zoom. Classes are taught by certified Al-Azhar teachers and delivered through our custom learning portal.

Account Registration

To access our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old, or have parent/guardian consent if under 18
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Subscription & Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each billing cycle until you cancel. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your portal or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access until that date.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. After 30 days, refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

Class Conduct

Students and parents agree to:

• Treat teachers and staff with respect
• Attend classes on time and prepared
• Provide 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling, with up to 3 rescheduled classes a month
• Not record classes without permission
• Not share account credentials with others

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and learning portal, including text, graphics, videos, and curricula, is owned by Super Muslim Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Super Muslim Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including for non-payment, abusive behavior toward staff, or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your access ends immediately.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated to you. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
